Joliet IL.....its like 45 mins southwest of Chicago

Truth be told i was 25 and didnt know all things to look for. I bought up a fixer upper in a shytty neighborhood that literally hasnt grown in the 12 years ive owned the place. I was given advice to get something real cheap and fix it up.....when i could paid another 20k and gotten something in a hood with way more resale value

Thankfully the mortgage is super low ($600/month) but i wanna get rid of that shythole so bad
