Heart surgeon speaks out

I remember speaking to a heart surgeon I had as a Real Estate client a decade ago. He said when your heart is under constant inflammation and your blood has high viscosity due to poor diet, it begins to lose it's shape. That in turns begins to account for poor or stagnant blood flow. Most heart surgery simply involves reshaping the heart back to it's original angles to move blood.

Ironic how everything in capitalism is a pyramid scheme except for actual capitalism.

I hate this world and how dumb people are sometimes.

I spend a good part of my day just educating people and teaching them how to critically think, because of the amount of misinformation out there.

From the anti vaxxers to the articles like this discussion which show how big sugar pinpointed fat as the source of heart disease.
