Not that Sunday isn't a good night for sports but it's not better than Saturday because if they going to go late with the broadcast you lose some ppl who have to get to bed to get up early for work.

ABC ...they should have scheduled it out so that game 7 is on a Saturday night, shyt would be close to record numbers.

The game actually peaked with a 19.8 rating during 11:45 PM-12:00 PM EST (4th Qtr/OT).Gotta remember this day and age there alot of distractions and other options on tv (reality tv etc).Average casual fan will probably turn in during the most drama (score is close,last minute of the game).Let Game 7 come down to a last second shot and ratings will be high once again. Plus its on a Thurs and more people will be at sports bars (West Coast people) and tuning in. Also dont forget ABC's Scandal's fanbase needs something to watch so best believe this game will have high ratings.

Keep in mind, the ratings for this series so far were down compared to last year because the Spurs aren't a draw. Had this been the Lakers vs Heat with that kind of finish
