How long has this battle to put through progressive policies to clamp down on the power of corporations been on going? How effective has this been so far? Corporations and the 1% have been steadily growing in power over the past 70 years, during both party's administrations. Neither party has a real incentive to do the things you are fighting for, both parties have a core that are staunchly Capitalistic and both parties are very much pro-big business.

So when will this change occur, and in the meantime what are the people who are harmed by the present circumstances suppose to do? Sit back and welcome in more mouths to be feed, more jobs to be taken, more slices to be passed out on a limited sized pie? While illegal immigration is here to stay, those committing the crime do not need to receive benefits for it.

Also, they can be sent back home. Biden sure did not have a problem with quickly sending back those Haitian migrants when they came across the border. Why should these other migrants receive any better treatment?
