as far as QB's, yes he does. Look at his numbers. Not so much his yards but his efficiency/qbr.
Some games he only had 3-4 incompletions....and 1-2 of those were usually drops.
He really had an outstanding year.
Plus, y'alls team record hurt Foreman more than anything else. Even dude from SD State should've been on this list. But team records play a factor
Baker is pretty much better stats in every category.
And contrary to perception, Washington passes the ball more than we do.
