Hellblade II to run at 30 fps on Series X (and S)

Hellblade 2 only runs at 30 fps with dynamic resolution on both Xbox Series S and Series X. There are no graphics modes; the frame rate can only be increased on the PC. The VFX Director explains this in an interview with GamePro by saying that the experience should feel more "cinematic" - similar to movies that run at 24 frames per second.

Its a console. If you want better performance get a 4080 Super and play it on PC. That option is available day 1.

That ain't no thang, y'all can't help yourselves sucking off "GOTY" Dragons Dogmid 2, which can't even manage locked 30 on any console the second an NPC takes a single step (and quite a few high end PCs too depending on your settings/CPU ). Keep that same energy, this is the "Greatest game generation EVER" remember??

People all over the place, last year one of folks goat console games was 720p and jumped from 30 to 60 frames per second.

This year a goty candidate is stuttering around 30-40.

No surprise there. This and GTA 6 are the best looking games revealed for console so far and both will be 30fps.
