Val was everything good and bad about the attitude era wrapped in one character.

He had some to this day laughably bad moments (the Nicole Bass stuff) and some classic moments in fukkery (choppy choppy) but he got some strong reactions at his peak. Period

I remember he was pretty over with the crowd at his peak. Did the WWE ever give him any big pushes? I stopped watching wrestling after the Hogan/Rock Wrestlemania.
