BTW, I don't recommend a smart tv at all. Get the best picture you can get...and then get an amazon fire tv/apple tv/roku/chromecast to go on.

Once things keep moving you just have to make another $100 investment instead of another TV because your smart tv is not so smart anymore in 2-3 years.

Don't waste money on smart or 3D tv

If you want the features of a smart TV just buy a roku 3 or a Amazon fire tv box

You can do that with a computer monitor but it would be dumb and you would be limited by size, if you want a computer type box hooked up to your TV look into building yourself a HTPC, we have a huge thread on it

As far as deals you got Memorial day coming that's probably your best chance

Dont get a Smart TV. I have a 55 inch smart tv,rarely use the functions. But have rather got a bigger set without the smart tv functions,given I have multiple media devices connected.

Its like a smartphone. Gives you access to content through apps
Monitors dont come with coax but with HDMI which you can use to connect to any HDMI enabled device
