You be texting thought out responses to how your day went and get a "oh that's nice".....
Usually after you get over your fear and utter the first word, the ice breaks and it becomes 100% easier.
If talking is difficult, try an activity like dancing where you can interact with a random female without having to speak since the music is loud etc. After the dance pull her outside or something since now youre more acquainted.
Also, use a females core nature of collecting freebies against her.
I used to sit next to them on park and mall benches etc. Id get up saying I'm going to grab a coke Ill be right back, does she want one.
Basically small talk it. Women love to offer advice since they think they know it all.
In a clothing store, pull a shirt off the rack and ask random females how it looks. easy as a.b.c.
