There's an app called movie box that's like Netflix only better selection and no monthly fee (in other words FREE) but my iphone is on ios 7 and not jailbroken.

If you got a JB iphone or android you can though.

Android selection might not be as good seeing how it's a "legit" app over there. Iphone version be having movies that didn't even hit theaters yet.

And if he's the Feds he's not getting any info here that isn't already all over the web anyway.
