Which one exactly? Check system profile, you might have to add a stick of RAM in there to be able to get to Windows 10.

Download snow leopard off a torrent or something, get all the way up to 10.6.8 and go all the way to Yosemite for free

You should be able to upgrade to os x leopard or one of the mountain ranges (Yosemite etc) at least you couldn't go into your apps and upgrade?
