If you down own a house or condo, what’s the point of getting either?

A waste of money.

I would find a “cheaper” Lexus. I got a 2008 IS250. refuse to pay more than 9k for a car again. Even if I was rich I wouldn’t pay a lot for a car.

based on my finances including the car, I'm expected to save around $3,046.91 just next month. I average around 2500 a month currently. im 26 breh gotta live life at some point.
