It is the the drive/accessory belts. These belts do not have teeth like a timing belt does. They are smooth and can slip. When they slip, you get the high-pitched squeeling sound.

What to do.
Inspect the drive belts. Do you see cracks when you flex the inside edge? Replace it. Your car may have more than one drive belt. Inspect the other drive belt if you have one. If you don't see any cracks and your belts are in good condition, then you need to adjust the tension on the belts. You will need the appropriate tools, sockets and ractchets, to tighten the alternator or power steering pump belts. Each accessory (alternator, power steering pump, a/c pump) is held onto the engine with two big bolts. One is in a stationary position and cannot adjust, but can be tightened down. The other one can add more or less tension on the belt. There is a third bolt which tightens down on the adjustment bolt. First thing is to loosen the stationary bolt, but don't remove it. Second thing is to loosen the bolt that clamps down on the adjustment bolt. Third thing is to screw the adjustment bolt so that the belt is on tighter. Usually turning it clockwise tightens the belt. Once the drive is tight such that you can feel the tension is tighter, then tighten the bolt that clamps down on the adjustment bolt. And then, tighten down the stationary bolt.

You need a new belt breh, cold weather dries it out causing it to squeak. It's actually a pretty easy fix and most of the time you can look up the how tos on YouTube. What is that an Infiniti q45?
