Like DMP stated a hangover is dehydration and an upset in the electrolytes. So a large glass of water with a bit of salt. Carrot Juice is essential too. As well as the common B vitamin. Alcohols are a kind of sugar, sometimes the hangover is hypoglycemia. If that is case, eat complex carbs (whole grains) and a protein shake.

Menudo soups so fukking gross..a few years ago I had a hangover and went to the Mexican restraunt for menudo..I could only eat a lil bit..the waitress was like its not good? I felt bad for her that I was being disrespectful for not eating it..I did drink 2 glasses of orange juice tho..

But when I get hangovers I buy those liquor store vitamin multi packs and hella Gatorade..
