This girl wants me to go to prom with her and I need to lose weight before it comes. This would be the best night I never had so I need it to be all I ever wanted. Any tips or anything to drop the weight?
1. start doing some simple cardio
2. see if you can get time in your HS gym
3. start drinking only water
4. ask your family to give you less carbs in general
5. cut out all sweets and sugars
if you get gym time, have them teach you how to work out...join a sport, in the long run itll be the best choice you ever made

Snacking should be for crasins tho. I did something similar when I lost like 30-40 lbs. but instead of cutting all carbs I just exceesized a lot. But that was when I was unemployed, so now it's a bit harder to work out like that.
