where ever you went to court and the judge said you have to pay such and such child support every week go back to that same court ask someone in there where to you go to get papers for custody fill them out and submit them wait for a court date and follow thru with procedures there probably will be a fee but thats like maybe 250 to 300 depending what state you in but thats all to it just make sure you and you child have good rapport and you should be straight make sure them support checks are up to date though
