If you're still trying to make beats, you could trace this beat. Don't worry about the sample and 'melody' but that cookie cutter ass drum pattern with them bass kicks . You could make it in 5 mins. But once you understand it, then you can use different samples, sequences and change up the pattern and have your own drum beats. Then you just gotta learn how to sample/melody/lead/bassline and you're good.

I mean if French or the label really paid somebody for this......
