I'm moving out of my townhouse and renting it out at the end of the year. Its too big for just me (3beds 2.5 bath with a one car garage) and the maintenance is too much

Im going to get a pimped out 1 bed 1.5 bath right across my job and a block away from campus

I wanted a small place but I want it to look real nice inside... My ex helped me with my last spot but this time I want a single guy look to my spot. Help a brother out with some cool color schemes and ideas for furniture..I really suck at this type of stuff
