Help me understand the heel/babyface dynamics of this clip

So, del rio is traditionally a heel...is being outsmarted by another historic heel, vickie, and sandow comes out and shows him up and makes fun of him and doesbad guy type stuff...and vickie books a match between them

The crowd cheers....vickie...laughs at the comedy segment itself...then cheers sandow...then del rio seems like the face for a second but steals on sandow...


I dont get it...and its not BAD or whatever but who is playing what role here?

Sandow came out looking like the babyface in that, Vickie seemed like a face too and Del Rio as a heel (for once).

I mentioned it before, Del Rio is the most confusing heel of all-time. Dude doesn't cheat in his matches and wins a majority of his matches clean. The only heel type of behavior he shows is arrogance. But that's not even exclusive to heels today. He's been booked like this since he's debuted.

I was just as confused but I think they're trying to turn Sandow face. Vicky is just playing the HHH role of I hate everybody equally it but she seems to really have it in for Del Rio for some reason.

Del Rio is a heel. Sandow is possibly flirting with the idea of turning face. and vickie has been more or less a tweener ever since her and Dolph broke up back in december.

The real reason for this whole thing was most of the talent was on tour for the live events overseas so they were hideously low on people for Smackdown taping this week.
