I'm at the point where I can freely do what I please, and I went in the TV to save yukio(sp) and went thru her castle and the shyt is kickin my ass I made it to floor 5 and dipped out. When I come back will I be able to go straight to floor 5 or do I start over? And what activities do you guys recommend to do outside of the TV? @Fatboi1 help a breh out

In general. I haven't lost a fight yet or anything but Jesus Christ, I be gettin whooped and it's early in the game I'm wondering if I'm not doing something right

When you go back you can start from the last floor you reached. Best thing to do is make sure you strike the shadows from behind to get that advantage and first go. Then exploit weaknesses and go for all out attacks. Outside of dungeons level up social links by hanging with them and then fuse personas of that arcana to get the level boosts.

I rarely fight shadows without getting an advantage. Persona is the type of game where one wrong move or miss can have a whole battle go left.

P4 is a lot more forgiving with it than P3. That game made sure to punish you.


OP just gotta grind and level up. Fusing/Capturing Personas help too since they can cover different weaknesses. Stock up on items too breh. You don't have a healer unless you get a healing Persona.

Yeah, while it's totally possible to 1 day rush thru a dungeon (and to some extent, even recommended to advance social links as much as possible before the next events happen, but early on in the game, it's almost recommended to take 2 or 3 days to clear a dungeon and grind heavily during the beginning. And yeah, try to always sneak behind the shadows so you can get first strike. Always scan enemies you haven't fought yet to find their weaknesses and then exploit them so that you can get extra turns and try to get every enemy in stunned state so you can use an All-Out Attack to get good damage on multiple enemies at once and kill them as quickly as possible to get higher battle rewards from good battle ranking.

You'll get it sooner or later. Just make sure you fukk with the velvet room and fuse stronger personas. Everyone you form a social link with is a certain arcana, think of it like pokemon types. As your rank rises with each link, that level serves as a exp boost for fusing personas. There's some personas that you'll need to look online on how to fuse. Just play it don't worry about perfecting anything.

Yup. Some improve stats, some restore health, some give you keys for chests, some give you money, some give you exp, and some are Persona's.

You wanna try and pick up as many as possible, so when they say "1 more" or "2 more" that just means if you pick that one you get X amount of extra picks.

So it's completely normal that I can't run through this dungeon completely? I can maybe knock out 2 floors before everyones low on HP. I guess I'm expecting this shyt to be easy like Pokemon

You can but right now you just started so it'll be a little harder. TIP: When low on HP, try and get the blue cup cards post battle so you can replenish your parties HP. The green leaf cards are exp boosts that can make leveling up quicker. Also your main character level affects your HP/SP meter and w/e level you are means you can only fuse persona's up to that level. For example, if you're level 7, you can't fuse persona's that'll give you a level 8+ persona. If you are level 8 though you can fuse it and w/e level you are for that persona's arcana it will give that persona an exp boost. Nikka they explain all that shyt in the game
