Tysons is not the place to be without a whip. Uber and train will get old quick. Hit up some day parties in DC before the weather changes and they stop having them. Those can be better than going out at night.

Also, NoVa be on that undercover liberal do gooder :mjpls: so don't be fooled

you will need a car breh

just because it's not LA doesnt mean it's NYC

bruh the thought of living in tysons and not having a car is gonna give me a heart attack
My apartment is only only 3-4 blocks from the train you think I still need a car there or just to move around DC better?

that's key that you're walking distance, but you're gonna get tired of the train, and spending a lot on uber to get home if you wanna stay out past 1

metro is a fukking mess anyway, and uber is a shaky back up plan. i'd say lease a corolla and use it only when necessary.

i just realized you're from LA, if we get a bad winter you're gonna be depressed with no car

How long do you plan on staying?

If you had a job 3-4 blocks from the train in LA, would you need a car?
I'd need a car regardless in LA I've been driving since 10th grade. But people was saying it wasn't really needed in that east coast area like that. But I might lease something after a few months

Nah...if homie @BlackDynamite310 is 3 to 4 blocks from his job he can walk...fukk that...get ya exercise and uber on the weekend...breh got doe (not to be pocket watchin') if he's movin to Tysons Corner...most nikkas that work out there can't afford to live there...I mean half the redskins live out there and further past Tysons...the commute is everything in this area but he should be use to that because LA and the DMV alternate 1 and 2 each year for the worst traffic in the country...3 to 4 blocks walkin distance to work is a sweet commute....

i've never even been to tysons so i dunno shyt about it but i wouldnt wanna live here without access to a car. if he got bread then why not lease and pull out when necessary?

another thing @BlackDynamite310 don't listen to anyone out there in LA who isnt from the DC area or hasn't lived in the area for 5+ years

every time im in LA i hear people talking about the east coast like it's westeros. it clicked when yall started referring to detroit as "back east". no offense, yall dont know shyt. you did the right thing asking the coli (never thought i'd actually type that)

Tysons has like the premier upscale mall in the area. Very close to government entities like the CIA and FBI. A lot of big money in the area in general.
I live in VA but it's not the place for nightscenes or partying but there's some decent bars in that area.
In tysons expect to pay big money to live but I'm sure you already are aware of that.

Good luck
