I didnt spill anything on it or drop it, I just turned it on a few days ago and got nothing on the screen.

Its a toshiba by the way.

Had it since 09', but got important shyt on it and really dont want to lose it.

Yeah it's just time with that one. Unless you had some super special setup (which is almost never the case) cut your losses and buy a new machine. For the data on your current machine you just need to pop the old hard drive out (typically 2-4 screws), and put it into a 2.5" enclosure to get your data off.

why im not a fan of laptops, i like desktops if something is wrong i can fix it myself, don't need to solder ship it back tc.

At least nowadays laptops are cheap, since i'm going back to school needed a laptop and recently bought a lenovo thinkpad 8gb of ram i5 for like 175 on ebay

Try removing the ram sticks, clean them, reinstall them.
