Help! Person who hit my car won't call the insurance company

It's a not at fault accident which doesn't affect your rate
You contact your insurance company and give the details and the other party information
If cops was involved then the insurance company will get the report and contact that person insurance company for a claim... it might take some time however to get shyt handle because insurance companies have to investigate in case of false claims

It should not, because you were not at fault. They will recover from the other driver.

Call up one of those Jewish lawyers who advertise on tv. The ones who only get paid if you get paid. They'll get you a nice fat check in a matter of months.

lol ain't you hit someone's car in a parking lot at your job and not report it to them or anyone?
That makes things a lot easier. When you contacted them did they not say they would try to pursue them for you?
