You mean "Snappa Pow" by Freeway and Peedi Crakk? That's not this joint, although it's produced by jake one.
ANy other suggestions? I found it in one mix from the beginig of 2010. Maybe it could help...

Now I see that it wasn't produced by jake one, although it was put in the jake one mix, where I actually found it.
I guess that made confusion.
Gotta re-explore freeway's catalogue. This is one of the joints I slept on. There are probably more of them.
