Help....Windows 10 won't boot correctly.

Brehs...idk if anyone of you can help....my windows 10 straight up crashed at random on my laptop..i wasn't even using the bytch....then it starts saying "preparing automatic repair" the little wheel spins...then it goes into a black screen with just my mouse cursor....idk what to do. I hard reset and it does the same shyt over and over
Is it my hd? Ive had an hd fail on me before and it made noises...this ones still quiet

Let it keep running for a while and make note of the error code if you get one.

I had to completely start from scratch on an old laptop because something went wrong and has been fine ever since. Upgrading from 7 or 8? Via usb or straight upgrade?

It was a straight upgrade from 8.1...had no real issues until today out of the blue i seen it go blue screen and go to restart and check my hard drive to repair it...and it did the aforementioned "preparing automatic repair" and goes to black screen with just my mouse cursor...
i'm gonna clean install it off a usb

That happened to me on windows 8 once. Had to wait like 15-20 mins for that black screen to go

you might have to install from media...usb or dvd

Turn off hibernation, it's going into what Microsoft calls "Hybrid Sleep"

is this for after I shut it down too or just sleep mode..I am talking about my computer being completely off and it randomly starts, I will look into this tho

Yup, it's not really shutting off when you shut down.

turned out the hd died on a nikka atleast the part of the hd dedicated to the os
based microsoft automatically validated my windows 10. if i wouldve stayed on 8 and not upgraded...i wouldnt be able to even have an os without coughing up money to buy one
