It was a nightmare when she had to get a smartphone.

It's the worst..
I truly love my mother but the questions, then she forgets, calls me on the phone with 101 questions knowing I can't see the problem.
Fix the problem..
I write a step by step booklet and a week later it's the same problem which was just resetting the modem/router after a thunderstorm.
Didn't even mind reading what I wrote.
