i use to help my grandmother when i was younger, she went out and bought a computer for herself and did typing tutorials, got internet, etc. now a days she doesn't really use it though

i think it was partly because she wanted us to have something to mess with while we spent time at her house while at the same time keeping herself in the loop. there's 8 grandchildren all together so we needed something to do aside from just watch tv and talk. i use to put games like star wars jedi knight, force commander, x-wing alliance, etc on the computer so me and my other cousin had something to play with when we'd come over

My moms wanted me to set up her Wii because she wanted to feel cool like everyone in the commercial. I told her Just because you bought a wii and that stupid Wii Fit you not gonna use it. Next month guess what, spiderwebs...

Tried to help my aunt (over the phone) use whatsapp a few weeks ago and damn near cut my wrists because it was like trying read Chinese instructions on how to fly a plane that was on its way down.

I literally cringed the day my mom asked how do I send an email.... I was like that is computer basics 101...

You gotta register an email account, go inside the mail program, write one and send it...

bruh . . . the shyt I had to endure . . .

"how do you copy and paste?"
"why won't you show me how to use facebook?"
"it keep saying my password ain't correct?"
"how I use twitter?"

"how do I save this picture" which is classically followed up with "where did it go"

every answer you give is followed with a question . . .

Helping old folks with computers is the worst part of life! I have an old lady at my job that has worked as an Admin Asst for over 30 years and don't know how to copy & paste. She asks me to proofread her misspelled & grammatically incorrect emails with hundreds of clip art in them. Sometimes I wanna kick her down some stairs.
