Helping old ppl with technology unappreciation thread

Last week I showing an older person how to save their battery life, by going to settings and cutting back their display brightness. That's not something they put in manuals.

I will say this, there is alot of reading in mauals if you are not familiar with some tech maneuvers on screen.....and a lot of older people don't want to or have trouble b/se of eyes reading the small fonts and stuff.

My grandmother took a computer course I remember they interviewed her on the radio when she passed. She was up there talking with her best 'white people' voice.


Now I pass through and she got her feet up watching netflix on her ipad
