Men need to start asking for negative HPV results before getting serious, under the guise of health. You should want to see negative HPV and other std results anyway, but that's another story.
There is no approved test for HPV for anyone with a penis. Transwomen with gender reassignment surgery have a neo-cervix, but since the vast majority
still have their male organs (over 75%, studies show), the results will significantly decrease your chances of being fooled.
You can't depend on the baby/childhood pics route because many of them may have looked like girls growing up and pics in typical male clothing can
be hidden. However, a combination of the two (pics and HPV results) can give more assurance.
