Now I’m not a trans doctor or anything but I am medical professional that has worked in multiple clinic’s.
Not all neo vaginas are built the same, some can definitely lubricate and get the same bacterial flora as a regular vagina. It just depends on what doctor you go to and how skilled they are. But they do have to dilate for the rest of their lives. A lot of trans women live happily and healthy with their neo vagina, it’s not exactly like the natal one but close enough.
If you wanna see some bullshyt, trans men get the worse of it, neo-Phallus is straight up tragic…
