There is no training that police could aquire that would improve there decision making. Only proper checks and balances and holding officers accountable is the only solution. They will pocket most of the funding for training anyways.

The main Red Flag I saw as far as Black people are concerned was number 8.

Are you serious? Maybe he does, but I haven't seen nothing remote with police like I have in the East coast. Not in Miami but the other parts. I've been pulled over 5 times here with bullshyt excuses, but I knew it was cuz of my Florida tags. I mean was speeding twice, but the rest was bullshyt. I haven't been pulled over since I switched to AZ tags.
