What independent black films do you recommend? If I'm not interested in it then of course I'm not going to support it. I'm not going to automatically support something with my money just because it's created by a black person.

I know the people who take those roles will be dragged on a whole new level. I'm sure they will search for unknowns. I can't support this sh1t whatsoever.
They get somebody from overseas that's not as "sensitive" as black americans who haven't "gotten over it" yet

you right we need to do both,but these will pretty much be thrown in the bushes as "black movies" unless Kevin Harts in all of them ,and probably wont bring in white people,so supporting these wont stop these slave movies from being made....but u right,we need more black movies to be made and do well so these slave/maid movies wont be as noticeable maybe....I don't know if I will be able to just ignore these movies and the sick way the white media puts over all these slave/maid joints and fawn over the actors that play in them with the fake white guilt/cism.
