The funny thing was, Miami has won 8 straight and has practically the same record as Philadelphia (percentage points better) and Ernie wasn't gushing over them, which Kenny questioned and that's when Shaq said that was exactly his point. Why are you crowning teams before they actually do something? All Philadelphia has to do to prove Shaq wrong is start playing over .500 for a season, not just a stretch of the season. For a man who has won 4 championships and been to the NBA finals 7 times, I think that is a pretty low benchmark to achieve.

Philly has won some of their last few games without Embiid in attendance. Are you giving him credit for games he doesn't even play in? Philly is showing a lot of improvement, but they haven't really done anything yet, sans no longer being objectively terrible.

No sense coddling nikkas, they shouldn't be impressed with ther record either.

I will say I enjoy watching the especially Embiid and will definitely look forward to watching them when Simmons gets healthy.

Shaq said nothing wrong, this site is just full of Embiid dikk riders. It's not hating at all. Once Philly actually accomplishes something or does this shyt CONSISTENTLY then they'll get the props.
