Because of the history of Haiti, I assume the majority of the Black population to have similar breakdowns and percentages.

Do you agree?

My parents are from Au Cap & L'estere
Absolutely. I use it as pride almost to the point of contention. Everyone wanna be black and melanated but don't wanna go to the shrine. People wanna be diet black so I use the numbers to rep the bloodline. I don't wanna be divisive but we need to be more exclusionary but now I'm getting waaaaaaay off topic.

I take upmost pride we (as Afrikans in Haiti, not as Haitians) we fought and killed for our freedom, human rights and Afrikaness.

I only ever used African Ancestry and no others. Black owned and claims to not store or sell your data once the research is completed.

Downside is they are expensive as hell and don't give you a breakdown like the other companies

As a Kikuyu I've ALWAYS been interested in this. The few results I've seen TOTALLY INVALIDATE colonial historiography - the B.S. that we came from Cameroon 2000 yrs ago on the Bantu migration, a COMPLETELY unproven hypothesis learned people still parrot.
I've seen 3 or 4 Kikuyu dna RESULTS with 20-30% Somali, 10 % Omotic (not Oromo) Hamar, aka Amarkoke, from S Ethiopia, 30% E A Bantu, 20% Southern Bantu and 10-15 indigenous Hunter Gatherer. The Cameroon/Naij element you'd expect is usually 10% or less.
This is typical.

I keep saying I'll do mine but ishyt KEEPS coming up.
