Walker is not winning. If this was a mouth breathing dipshyt state like Alabama or Miss then yea. But the transplants fllooding ATL and the immediate metro areall not voting a retard like Walker in. That ticket will be split where you will have Kemp and a Warnock being most peoples choice

I really don't know if I buy the idea of very much ticket splitting happening

In practice almost everybody votes either all (D) or all (R). It's probably more a matter of turnout than anything.
