These are facts. This isn't some "straight men don't like to think" nonsense. This is an understanding of the transmission of the disease and reading up on it.

It's harder for an HIV infected woman to pass on the disease to a man. It's easier for an HIV infected man to pass the disease onto a woman and much easier for a man to pass it on to another man. There's a reason why HIV is 7 times higher in jail than in the General population.
