Yea. I'm officially out on the Grier, McDaniel & Tua era. I want the wheels to fall completely off so we can move on.

Who should we be eyeing as GM?
Who should we be eyeing as a coach?

Trade for Tomlin?
Gruden?
Belichick?
Try to pry Ryan Day from OSU?
Gruden

Belichick is washed

Tomlin ain't going anywhere that team is making a SB run.

Same with Day he's not leaving college, not yet atleast, and not to that clusterfukk in Miami

Man to be honest I don’t even know. Seen it all. Hire an offensive line guru (who claps for field goals and oline still sucks), a qb whisperer (actually I think we had multiple qb gurus), a college legend (who quits on the team), a talented offensive coordinator (who can’t lead), a defensive mastermind (who I actually liked).

But every time we bring in a new guy he has to work with the scraps from the previous regime. I would say whoever you bring in, just clean house completely. No trying to fix players. Can you believe that we have had 4 coaches since 2000 that were brought to “fix” QBs because of their alleged help in building up other QBs on their previous teams? Joe Philbin, Adam Gase, Cam Cameron all to fix Tannehill and the offense. Mike McDaniels to fix Tua. I think McDaniels got the best he’s gonna get out of Tua. He just can’t coach a team.

I agree. Its time for a full reset. The front office HAS to go. Pick a gm with a clear vision. Let him pick his coach who shares his vision. Stop with the half measures.

Edit
The thing is this team's identity should be a tough, physical team considering they play not only in South Florida but the AFC East.

Wear teams down during home games in the hotter months. But they'll also be built to play when they have to go up.north in Dec/Jan fir division games. Why hasn't any gm figured this out yet is beyond me.

Its amazing how the Heat organization have cultivated an idealogy that leans more toward a winning football culture then the actually football team for Miami :russ:

Tua this, Tyreek that, McDaniels this, Waddle that...
You don't get it. As long as Ross is the owner NOTHING will change.
He's happy with Grier's incompetence and the Fins culture of mediocrity. Meaning he DGAF about winning.
He's got F1 and soccer which allows him to stack stupid paper. Fins are an afterthought.
Just one hand clap when the Fins win their 4-5 games this season and call it a day.
Ross DGAF so why should we?
