He's not perfect, but where does Tariq Nasheed stand with you as a black voice in the media?

He might be a little crass and he has a checkered past...but I really can't name a black voice who isn't trying to act holier than thou while still kicking knowledge.

He clearly gets respect from mainstream media and has no problem really calling things like he sees it.

He's gotten to where he is by being himself and not taking much shyt.

And over the last 2-3 years he's radically changed into someone who is not just an activist but someone who is actually trying to see tangible changes...

I can't lie and say i'm unimpressed. Few have and are doing what he's doing right now.
