They lost a record number of seats in the House and by the grace of God were able to keep control of the Senate through voter supression and gerrymandering.

Also there was record voter turnout for the midterms last year and Trump lost many districts he won in 2016

If trump senses he will lose or republicans feel they won’t win the House they will pass the Dream Act in the Senate to get more Hispanic support in the election to win
