I'll give it a shot. I just reset the whole phone recently so I doubt that's an issue. I kill my tasks a few times a day because I'm on the train a lot.

sounds like a problem with your phone not the board. if it was a board problem then i'd imagine we'd have a shytload of threads complaining of the same issue.

try clearing cookies and cache from your phone browser. do you have any aftermarket apps that could be causing issues?
