Logic is completely gone with them. Resorting to making arguments that Kobe's teammates are trash and just looked good playing next to him, even though they have routinely trashed guys like Odom for not being what he was BEFORE he got there, and all of the guys they claimed forgot how to shoot once they joined the Lakers.

Pau's stats didn't get astronomically better with Kobe. His role changed and his numbers stayed more or less the same during the championship years. I don't know why we're making him out to be any worse than what he was.

Efficiency (depending on how you define efficiency):

FG% in Memphis: 50.9%
FG% in Los Angeles: 52.2% (is this what you're gonna drive home? A 1% increase?)

And by accolades I assume mostly championships? Because he went from a #1 option on an up-and-down Memphis franchise to a #2 option on a team built to be title contender with his addition. That stuff kinda depends on what roster is around him first.

He went to a better team and won championships as a great #2. I don't see how contributing to a better team makes him worse than putting up the same numbers on a more poorly constructed Memphis team.
