So Gomez goes to El Paso and when Hank went to the DEA headquarters in season 4 he finds out that Gomez is heading to Washington... So why in Season 5 is gomez working for Hank in the office back where he originally started in season 1?

In that scene in season 4, Gomez says "I made GS-14" which means he's a Group Supervisor in the DEA. Hank joked he'd be in Washington soon at the rate he was going, because he got a big promotion. He was never actually headed to Washington though.

As far as why Gomez would still be working with (for) Hank, despite Gomez's promotion he would still go to Hank because Hank was leading the investigation. It wasn't necessarily a rank thing, it was more respect since it was Hank's case from day 1.

Also, Hank was named ASAC (Assistant Special Agent In Charge) in season 5, which is basically the head of that region.

LoJack breh. In Season 2, Ep 1 Walt disappeared after his phone rang. In Ep 2 Hank checked with the phone company, no call came to his cell. Meaning he had a second cell phone. While they were sitting around trying to figure out who would call Walt, or why he'd have another phone, Marie mentioned "what about that guy Walt copped weed from?". Hank started looking for Jesse after that, and used LoJack to track his car to Tuco.

thats right ! thanks brehs

I remembered the reason it didnt sit well with me. hank is too smart imo not to make a connection between jesse's lincense plate (which says thecapn or something like that) and that very first raid he did in the series. I know hes worried about walt there but still...

I feel you but why is that a problem? Even if they made the connection that he was "captain cook" they had no proof, and arrested him the next episode anyway. They brought Tio in, who obviously refused to snitch because he's a gangster, and they had to let Jesse go.
