Don't even go there.
But anyways, its no one's business. I pay my internet bill, electricity bill and for my computer.
I heard big brother has ways of intercepting before your information is ever scrambled.
TOR is open source so there is no way to exploit it that people don't already know about. I think the TOR website tells you the best way to use the service, so if you follow those guidelines you should be straight.
What do you have to hide?

I use DNS encryption on my home router, Tor Browser on my USB Linux stick, and encrypt all of my storage devices. There's gonna be almost no surefire way, just how much you can do at the moment.
steal somebodies identity get a wireless wifi device in their name, use a vpn, and you would be all good
