When your son....due to his genetic makeup, wants to skin a rat alive and eat it, how do you, as a father, teach him that its not acceptable in your culture, even if he feels in his heart it absolutely is the right thing to do.

To answer your question though.

Ive met pretty much all of my wifes family and none of them skin and eat rats. I think that is the culture of poverty in china. They eat rat over there not because rat is whats hot in the street. Mmmmm maybe im saying that wrong because i guess it is whats hot in the street friend but what im saying is there are so many people there that they have had to make due with food that we in America dont have to eat. As long as ive been around her fam, we eat fish, chicken and beef.

I dont think having the blood of a chinese individual will make him naturally want to skin and eat a rat friend. I think this is where you overstep your bounds and enter demonic territory for your demonic jests. I will have my mother in law teach my son how to behead and pluck a chicken though. Farm work is good for the soul, friend.

Now, friend. I will admit, that her family does eat pork and ive told them to never in their long legged life feed my son pork and they have been respectful and compliant in that regard. My wife, thankfully, doesnt eat pork either so we're in that regard.
