He's DEFINITELY winning MITB this year. Hands down, book it. If Seth is still champion by then (he will be ), it's a lead-pipe lock. The feud that'll come from that is too rich to pass up.

Instead of being in control like he was when he originally debuted in The Shield, he overdosed on the "crazy" and went on a job tour.
Took him off TV to film some movie that probably isn't even listed on IMDB.
Ketchup & Mustard segments. Mannequin segments.
He's not a priority but honestly after his little tirade in the media and how insists that he enjoys just being there, I just can't get worked up over him being shafted.
If he doesn't care about procuring his spot at the top of the card, I sure as hell won't give a damn.

Remember when Dean Ambrose said he would be there to stop Seth every time he tried to cash the briefcase in?

Kayfabe-wise, it makes perfect sense that he wasn't there this time. After that ladder spot, he was probably carted out of the arena, so Seth knew that would be the perfect opportunity to cash in.
