Ehh, sometimes its a legitimate excuse, especially if they have shytty service like AT&T. I've gotten texts from people hours after they sent them to me (they showed me the time on their phone).

You can't jump to conclusions like that every time. Not everybody is a liar or just blowing you off, brehs.

It doesn't happen all the time. I'm on Verizon, supposedly the most reliable network, but my phone used to act up and receive texts late whenever I would travel in undergrad.
