I haven't seen the show in years, so I'm not up on that last arc after the Dark Tournament, but I'm sure he had all the villains shook there too
Trivia: The japanese voice actor for Hiei is the same dude who voices Mr. 3 (the wax dude) in One Piece, another GOAT series.
