This guy might not have high athletic skills but he's a real old-school pull up by the bootstrap type kid, he is a locker room leader and he just has that will to win mentality

Thing is these kind of stereotypes affect player development all the way to youth football. There's no reason why there shouldn't be way more pro-offense black pocket QBs in the league other than black kids get funneled into different positions or there is more emphasis on operating option and spread concepts on the peewee and high school level
