In seriousness, I started to get a lot of reception when I wore fitted blazers, button down shirts and colorful suits. The fit has to match your frame. People do seem to treat you better when you dress better. Especially women.

But wearing a suit in a 100 degree? Oh hell naaaaa

If you're in East Coast Investment Banking or Private Equity, BigLaw, high end luxury sales, then wearing a suit makes a sense. That's just the culture. Dudes wearing suits just because is dumb as hell.
