Number 6 is a good idea. Cut that toy soldier shot the fukk out. I don't know about charging them for the crime their child committed but if they're negligence with a firearm or in allowing their child who is already on parole etc to commit into a situation where he commits a murder, some retribution may need to be made. Unfortunately this will effect black people a lot and judges will probably still softball the parents of cac shooters
